Senior Electrical Service Technician

Team360 Staffing is looking for a professional, dependable electrician with at least 5 years of field experience who can confidently handle both residential and commercial service work. This position is ideal for someone who can meet with customers, diagnose electrical issues, provide accurate quotes, complete the work, and collect payment professionally. What You’ll Do • Perform residential and commercial electrical service calls • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems • Meet with customers, assess their needs, and provide professional quotes • Complete electrical repairs, upgrades, installations, and service work • Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent customer service • Manage service calls from start to finish, including collecting payment • Document work accurately using ServiceTitan • Maintain accurate job notes, photos, materials, and customer information • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and company vehicle • Follow all applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company procedures What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of professional electrical experience • Strong residential and commercial service experience • Ability to independently troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues • Ability to accurately quote electrical work • Strong customer-service and communication skills • Comfortable working independently and managing a daily service schedule • Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check • Professional, clean-cut appearance • Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy • Must take pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction What We Provide • Company service truck • Company phone • Company iPad/tablet • ServiceTitan technology and support • Professional work environment • Opportunity for a long-term career with a growing electrical company Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
