Warehouse Team Lead / Forklift Operator Location: Brampton, ON Shift: Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (Negotiable based on experience) Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring a Warehouse Team Lead / Forklift Operator in Brampton, ON Please Note: This is not a full-time Team Lead position. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their shift operating a Raymond Reach forklift while also providing leadership support to the team when required. Key Responsibilities • Operate a Raymond Reach forklift to complete daily warehouse tasks. • Support and guide warehouse associates during the overnight shift. • Supervise the midnight crew in the Supervisor's absence. • Partner with the Supervisor to ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved. • Help ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time. • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Perform manual material handling and hand-bombing of products as required. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. • Assist with operational priorities and other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications • Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse teams. • Valid forklift certification and strong experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
