Maintenance Technician (HVAC Experience)

We’re hiring several Apartment Maintenance Tech with HVAC experience for several properties in Nashville. Handling day-to-day repairs, unit make-readies, and resident work orders. What You’ll Do • Complete make-ready repairs for vacant units (painting, patching, fixture replacement, etc.) • Respond to resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC) • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues • Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Document work performed and escalate major issues when needed Requirements • 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience • HVAC Certified preferred • Strong skills in general repairs: plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, etc. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Own basic tools and ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs #EXPSIND Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
