People often come here looking for a job and stay because they find a fulfilling career with real opportunities to learn, grow, and excel. ### What You’ll Do As a Residential Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers while learning the ins and outs of installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential plumbing systems. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled trade. As your skills develop, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility and work toward advancing your career. Your day-to-day will include: - Assisting experienced plumbers with residential plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and service - Learning to identify plumbing components, tools, materials, and equipment - Helping troubleshoot and diagnose basic plumbing issues under the direction of a lead plumber - Transporting tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites - Keeping work areas, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized - Following all safety procedures, company standards, and instructions from your lead plumber - Maintaining a professional appearance and respectful attitude while working in customers’ homes - Completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently - Taking on additional responsibilities as your plumbing skills and knowledge develop - Participating in ongoing training and working toward required certifications or licensing - Learning how to provide a professional customer experience from start to finish ### What We’re Looking For No previous plumbing experience is required. We’re looking for people who are motivated to learn and want to build a long-term career in the skilled trades.
