Ensure all work is done in a professional manner that meets current code requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs. Key Responsibilities: • Repairing, replacing and installing electrical systems in our customers’ buildings in a way that complies with all building codes. • Recommending any additional upgrades that might benefit the customer life. • Build strong customer relationships. • Provide instructions to the customer on using their equipment / system. • Wear booties while in the client’s home and maintaining a neat work area. • Ensure the equipment is working properly before leaving the home. • Always explain to the client what service you are performing. • Maintain company standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Complete all required paperwork • Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside. • Other duties as assigned.
