Residential HVAC Installer (New Home Duct Installers) – Lead Hands & Helpers

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction practices, and schematics to ensure efficient and safe installations. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications, blueprints, and schematics in New Homes • Assist with ductwork installation and system setup • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed • Collaborate with plumbing, electrical, and construction teams during installation projects • Communicate professionally with customers and team members • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used Skills • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems • Mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and general maintenance • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals • Construction experience including working with various tools and equipment • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Requirements • Previous HVAC installation experience (preferred, not mandatory for helpers) • Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and materials • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces • Valid driver’s license (preferred) • Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable • Ability to work independently or as part of a team This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a background in mechanical systems, construction, or appliance repair to advance their careers within the HVAC industry.
