Responsibilities • Perform residential plumbing service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements. • Manage job flow using the ValveOn Contractor Portal (accept jobs, upload photos, complete work orders). • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners. • Offer honest recommendations based on diagnostics. • Maintain tidy work practices and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements • Journeyman Plumber certification (or equivalent experience). • A valid driver’s licence and a dependable service vehicle. • Standard residential plumbing tools. • Liability insurance. • Gas and boiler tickets are an advantage but not mandatory.
