As a Journeyperson Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in prefabricated buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Plumbing Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Utilize blueprints and mechanical knowledge to identify and address plumbing issues. • Collaborate with in-house carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. • Conduct routine maintenance to prevent issues and ensure optimal system performance. • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and other malfunctions. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. • Physical stamina to work in a construction environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements Skills & Additional Requirements: • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. • 3+ year experience as a Plumber, and willingness to continue education is Required • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Experience working with in-house carpenters and other construction professionals. • Ability to maintain and repair plumbing systems. • Familiarity with construction plumbing. • Ability to work after hours or over weekends. • Ability to work in confined spaces.
