Position Summary We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This role will report to the Electrical Supervisor and will play a key role in leading daily electrical production activities, supporting cross-functional coordination, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across both Electrical Assembly and Matot operations. Work Location: Brampton, ON This is a 100% on-site position Key Responsibilities • Assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and elevator components according to engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and production specifications. • Install electrical controls, switches, control wiring, door systems, COP systems, and related elevator electrical components. • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate installation and connections. • Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and rewiring as required to meet quality and performance standards. • Assemble and secure mechanical components using approved fasteners, hand tools, drill presses, riveting machines, and other production equipment. • Support programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of Allen-Bradley PLCs, production tablets, and elevator control systems including Infinity, Eclipse, and Orion systems. • Identify material shortages, drawing discrepancies, and assembly issues, and communicate requirements to appropriate teams to support production schedules • Complete inspections, documentation, and quality checks to ensure assemblies meet safety, engineering, and customer requirements. • Assist with process improvements, standard work development, and implementation of improved assembly techniques. • Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and comply with company quality standards. • Perform other duties as assigned.
