Qualifications • A Journeyman or Master Plumbing License • Good working knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues related to multi-family construction. • Valid Driver’s License • Pass pre-employment background check • Pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug tests. • Basic computer skills including familiarity with excel, word and the ability to use computer systems as required for data reporting, email, scheduling, etc • People skills sufficient to maintain good working relationships with the GC, sub-contractors and other trades • Own a personal set of basic required hand tools and power tools.
