HVAC Mechanic / Gas Technician (313A / G2) — Commercial

Welcome Home Construction is hiring an HVAC Mechanic / Gas Technician to lead our HVAC division. You'll install and commission commercial HVAC systems — rooftop units, ductwork, controls, and retrofits — across our commercial and multi-unit projects. Gas certification lets you cover combustion work and overlap with our plumbing scopes. What you'll do • Install, service, and commission commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork. • Perform gas work to TSSA standards (with a valid gas ticket). • Read mechanical drawings and coordinate rooftop, ductwork, and controls installation. • Ensure compliance and pass TSSA and building inspections. • Mentor apprentices and coordinate with plumbing on gas scopes. What we're looking for • Ontario 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic (or 313D), and/or a G2 gas licence. • 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience. • Knowledge of TSSA requirements and commercial mechanical systems. • Valid Ontario driver's licence.
