If you're an experienced residential service plumber, you probably don't need another company promising "unlimited earning potential." Hansen Family Plumbing & Air is a locally owned, family-run company based in Mesa, Arizona. We're not a franchise, and we're not owned by private equity — Erik and Shelby built this company and are still here running it every day. We've built the systems, marketing, customer base, and office support to keep strong technicians productive, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who can diagnose accurately, communicate confidently with homeowners, present options, and close work. What You Can Expect • 23%–25% commission, based on experience • $100,000–$160,000+ annual earning potential • Weekly pay • Consistent, company-generated residential calls — no self-generated leads required • Company truck and fuel card provided • Company-provided iPad running ServiceTitan • Established pricing, processes, and office support • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • Employee referral program What the Job Looks Like You'll run residential service calls throughout the Valley. Your job is to figure out what's actually going on, explain it in a way the homeowner understands, present appropriate options, and help them make a confident decision. Calls may include: • Plumbing diagnostics and repairs • Water heaters and tankless water heaters • Drain and sewer issues • Leaks and pipe repairs • Fixture and plumbing replacements • Larger repair and replacement opportunities We expect our plumbers to be technically strong and comfortable talking with customers — able to walk into a home, take ownership of the call, build trust, and move the job forward without high-pressure sales tactics. Who We're Looking For This is not an entry-level plumbing position. You should have: • At least 3 years of residential service plumbing experience • Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Experience working directly with homeowners • The ability to confidently present repair and replacement options • A proven history of converting service calls into sold work • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record • The ability to pass a background check and drug screening Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their calls — you know how to run a professional service call, and you want a company that gives you the opportunity and support to do it well.
