Entry Level Welder

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Welder to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in welding and fabrication. The successful candidate will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment while learning and developing hands-on welding skills. • *Overtime Required** Key Responsibilities: • Perform basic welding tasks under supervision, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding • Assist with cutting, grinding, and preparing metal components • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area • Learn and apply fabrication and assembly techniques • Assist senior welders as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic understanding of welding techniques or vocational training preferred • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Ability to read simple blueprints or instructions a plus • Reliable and punctual #ABI3247
