Commercial HVAC Installer — Charlotte, NC area (within 1 hour of Charlotte)

Two tiers, based on experience:

TIER 1 ($18-28/hr, 2-10 years experience):

- Own tools

- Read blueprints and single-line drawings

- Low-voltage diagrams

- Duct and panel installation

- Rigging signals

- Able to travel without restrictions

- Drug screen within 48 hours of offer

- Clean driving record

TIER 2 — LEAD ($28-38/hr, 10+ years experience), adds:

- EPA Universal certification

- Service and start-up experience

- Diagnostics

- In-field ductwork fabrication

- Line-set installation

- Brazing 7/8" to 2-1/2" copper

- Mentoring

- Multi-trade collaboration

- Preventative maintenance and customer coordination

This is a full-time, on-site position with an established mechanical contractor.
