Responsibilities • Hold and maintain One Hour's NC HVAC Contractor License (or serve as the qualifying license holder) • Install, service, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NC State building codes and regulations • Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required • Supervise and mentor junior technicians and apprentices • Uphold the One Hour standard of on-time, professional customer service on every call • Maintain accurate service records and documentation Career Growth Path - Operations Manager At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we believe in promoting from within and building leaders. Requirements • Active North Carolina HVAC Contractor License - Class II or Class I (Required) • 8+ years of hands-on HVAC experience • Strong knowledge of residential systems (gas, electric, heat pump, mini-split) • EPA 608 Universal Certification • Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills - the One Hour brand depends on it Preferred Qualifications • NATE Certification • Experience in the Triangle/Fuquay-Varina market • Leadership or supervisory experience • Familiarity with One Hour systems, processes, or franchise standards • Interest in growing into a management role over time Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $75,000 - $100,000+ (commensurate with experience) • License stipend / bonus available • Company vehicle + fuel card • Paid time off & holidays • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Retirement plan (401k with match) • Ongoing training & manufacturer certifications • Uniform and tool allowance • Increased compensation as leadership responsibilities grow Why One Hour in Fuquay-Varina?
