Commercial Plumber/Gasfitter Journeyman / 3rd & 2 year apprentices South Calgary

Requirements : Labour Position • Strong Worth Ethic • CSTS • References • Steel Toe Boots • Whimis 2015 Journeyman or Apprentice • Proven experience as a plumber or pipefitter • Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulation • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills • Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and pipe fitting • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems • Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand tools or power tools • Weld or solder pipes and fittings together • Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning • Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing installation with other building systems • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients Foreperson - All of the above and; • Minimum 2 year experience as a Foreperson • Open Communication skills • Basic Computer skills • Require to complete weekly and Monthly safety Duties • Quality Control Documentation Duties • Sub-trade coordination • Time Cards If you have the necessary skills and experience, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
