Learn more at www.paseoconstruction.com Key Responsibilities Perform daily site cleanup and organization to support a safe work environment. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools. Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as directed. Operate basic hand tools and assist with light construction tasks. Maintain equipment and report any damage or malfunctions. Follow safety procedures and report any hazards immediately. Work efficiently to support jobsite progress and meet project timelines. Take direction from foremen, superintendents, and crew leaders with a positive attitude. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of general labor or construction experience preferred (but not required). No formal education required. Strong work ethic and reliability—shows up on time and ready to work. Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied tasks. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in outdoor conditions. Respectful, safety-conscious, and motivated to contribute to team success.
