Shop Mechanics and Welders

Advantage is looking for Mechanics and Welders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in: Mechanic must be able to repair and run maintenance and rebuild rotating equipment, pumps and gas turbines. Must be able to do inspections and assembly. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues, performing routine maintenance. (Welding, mechanical and overhead crane and forklift experience) Welders must have at least 2 to 3 years experience Mig, Stick and Tig welding mechanical experience able to run forklift and overhead crane, This is a temp to permanent job after 90 days you have the option to work directly for the OEM. WHE Mechanic Mechanic (minimum 2-3 years)-$20-$30 Welders (minimum 2-3 years) - $20-$32 Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic. - Strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Valid driver's license. Must be able to Pass a drug test and background check with good transportation to and from the job. Must have Experience.
