Qualifications
Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication or assembly processes and equipment.

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
