Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite) Salary Range: $55,000 - 79,000 Vacancy Type: Existing Position As our next Electrician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting plant operations by performing machine repair, preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for all equipment and plant utilities. What You’ll Be Doing • Complying with all company safety policies and procedures • Performing preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, machine improvements, and modifications • Providing technical support for processes, products, and equipment across the division • Ensuring smooth communication and hand‑off between shifts to maintain operational continuity • Participating in team meetings to address quality, service, operations, HR, and health/safety issues as needed • Assisting in training and developing new operations team members • Participating in 5S activities to maintain workplace organization and efficiency • Working in compliance with JEC Mississauga Plant 1 Quality and EHS policies, including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 • Performing all other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For • Ontario Trade Certificate as an Industrial Electrician • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of PLCs, speed controls, CNC controls, and automation equipment • A reliable, mature team player with strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus Points If You Have • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives • Strong familiarity with automotive or high‑volume manufacturing • Additional technical certifications How to Apply Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com — We can’t wait to meet you!
