Service Plumber – $30–$45/hr – Take Home Truck Plumberoo LLC (Weatherford / Parker County) is hiring a Texas Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman for residential and light commercial service work. We are looking for a confident, independent service plumber who can run calls without supervision and represent our company professionally in customers’ homes. What You’ll Do • Diagnose plumbing issues accurately • Perform residential service and repair • Communicate clearly with homeowners • Present pricing confidently • Run 4–6 service calls per day • Maintain a clean, organized truck Compensation • $30/hr base pay • 5% weekly revenue bonus • Typical total earnings: $30–$45/hr depending on production • Company take-home truck • Fuel card • Steady call volume (trucks averaging $8K–$12K weekly) • Structured on-call rotation Requirements • Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbing License • 2+ years residential service experience • Strong diagnostic ability • Clean driving record • Ability to run a service truck independently • Must be able to pass a background check We are a stable, growing local company focused on quality work, professionalism, and long-term opportunity.
