Job Description FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Rig Welder with minimum 2 years' industrial welding experience for a permanent role in Conklin/Christina Lake, Alberta starting March 17, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 per week travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years' welding experience in O&G or heavy industrial maintenance environments. • Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket. • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: • H2S Alive • Aerial Work Platform • Confined Space Entry • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) • Fall Protection • Standard First Aid • WHMIS • Possess the mandatory welding tickets: • B-Pressure • CWB • Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance. • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
