The Lathe Welder is responsible for the lay-out, fit, & fabrication of metal components to assemble hoses. Required to cross train across company departments based on business needs. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Welding of various hoses. Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Works cross-departmentally whenever required. Uses borescopes to inspect hoses. Uses different adapters for different fittings. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and follow English instructions. Welding experience. Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Proficient basic math skills. Experience using a borescope. Overtime is possible. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Will be sitting 80 percent of the day. Good vision – especially color vision due to color coding. Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel.
