Commercial HVAC Service Technician — Columbia, SC

Pay: $30-45/hr depending on experience. Company take-home vehicle. 401(k) and comprehensive benefits.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician.

Requirements:

- 6+ years dedicated commercial HVAC experience

- Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification REQUIRED

- Boilers, chillers and VRF experience preferred (tiebreaker)

Equipment scope:

- DX systems up to 100 tons

- Water-cooled packages up to 150 tons

- Water source heat pumps

- VAV and air handling units

- Gas-fired and electric heating

- Pneumatic, electronic and modular DDC controls

- Computer room units with self-contained humidifiers

- Site start-ups and preventative maintenance

Clean driving record required.

This is a full-time, on-site position.
