Experienced foreman

Our client is seeking an experienced commercial electrical foreman.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts.
Manage project schedules to coordinate tasks effectively.
Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all work meets industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
Enforce safety standards to promote a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure proper functioning of installations.
Maintain detailed records of work progress and change orders.
Will report to multiple sites in a day. No overnights. Fuel will be provided. Vehicle allowance may be negotiated.

Experience
Experience supervising electrical crews within commercial construction projects.
Hands-on construction site experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, blueprint reading, and material needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards for safety and quality control.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
Must speak and read fluent English.
