Job Description We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our 1st shift production team in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding and offers competitive pay, steady hours, and a strong work environment. Welder (MIG) - 1st Shift Location: Columbus, OH Pay: $25-$30+ per hour (based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift Responsibilities: • Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and specifications • Read and interpret welding symbols, drawings, and work instructions • Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed • Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and appearance standards are met • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications: • Proven experience with MIG welding (production or fabrication environment preferred) • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols • Strong attention to detail and quality • Reliable attendance and solid work ethic • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We Offer: • Competitive pay: $24-$30/hr • 1st shift schedule • Overtime opportunities • Stable, long-term position • Supportive team environment If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
