Electrician - Manufacturing Afternoon and Midnight Shift

Journeyman Electricians & Electrical Apprentices – Shipbuilding Project (Halifax, NS) Are you an experienced Journeyman Electrician or Registered Apprentice looking for your next opportunity? Journeyman Wage • Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM): $47.00/hour • Night Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM): $3.00/hour shift premium • Back Shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM): $3.00/hour shift premium Apprentice Wage ~Competitive compensation based on experience and apprenticeship level Long-term, full-time employment • Work in a controlled industrial shipbuilding environment • Install, maintain, and repair industrial and marine electrical systems • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams • Support installation of power distribution, wiring, and electrical components • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently • Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and project standards • Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to meet project timelines Strong knowledge of the industrial electrical code • Experience working with marine or industrial electrical systems • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints • Valid Journeyman Electrician Certification or Registered Apprentice status • Full PPE, including a fit-tested respirator mask • Must be legally eligible to work in CanadaABOUT US:TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider with a mission to help individuals succeed by providing access to opportunities in jobs, careers, and professional development.
