Electrician

Job Title: ElectricianJob Description The electrician will play a crucial role in supporting the production of car suspensions. This position involves performing various electrical repairs, including but not limited to batteries, battery chargers, internal battery charging circuits, safety bumpers, internal safety circuits, wireless modules, motor control circuit boards, operator indicators, operator pushbuttons, I/O modules, and internal wiring. Responsibilities • Support the production of car suspensions by performing essential electrical repairs. • Conduct maintenance and repairs on batteries, battery chargers, and charging circuits. • Handle safety bumpers and internal safety circuits repairs. • Work on wireless modules and motor control circuit boards. • Repair and maintain operator indicators, pushbuttons, I/O modules, and internal wiring. Essential Skills • 442a certification. • Strong aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Over 3 years of experience as an electrician in a production or manufacturing setting. • Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically with Allen-Bradley and Siemens. • Experience with electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and testing using a multimeter and oscilloscope. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Robotic programming expertise. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work Environment This position offers a rotating shift schedule between days and afternoons every two weeks, with an option for a midnight shift. The work location is at 3355 Munich Court. The role operates in a fast-paced production environment where independence and minimal supervision are key. The pay rate includes a competitive hourly wage with an additional premium for midnight shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Windsor, ON.
