Lead installer/tech

The qualified candidate, will possess superior residential and light commercial experience and skills necessary for service, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of hvac equipment and associated materials and parts, have a competency level with blueprints and plans, possess the skills necessary to perform full system ductwork and equipment installations on new and existing buildings, be able to perform work in crawlspaces, attics, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and on ladders and lifts. Additionally, they shall be qualified to drive a company vehicle in Colorado and be insurable, be drug-free, maintain a professional appearance, and possess a professional attitude when representing the company. HVAC licensing in our served jurisdictions will be required within a set time from employment, and EPA type 2 (at minimum) is required before hire. Boiler experience is beneficial but not necessary for applicants. All considered applicants shall be subject to a 90 day probationary period upon hire.
