Forklift Operator / Warehouse

Overview We Store Frozen is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating warehouse equipment, handling materials, and supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move pallets • Receive and ship products while verifying quantities and documentation • Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems • Store products in designated warehouse locations • Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Skills • Prior forklift and warehouse experience required • Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift maintenance and troubleshooting • Ability to operate cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and effectively • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments • Prior warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous for team coordination roles Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person
