FOREMAN | THE EROSION COMPANY (TEC)

The Erosion Company (TEC) is looking for an experienced, dependable Foreman to lead field crews and help keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience

• Experience in erosion control, grassing, landscaping, grading, site work, or similar outdoor construction

• Ability to lead and motivate a crew

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing hands-on field work

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday–Friday

• Weekends off unless project needs require overtime
