Apprentice &/Or Licensed Plumber – Condo Service & Commercial REZI PLUMBING & HEATING Toronto & GTA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $20–$45 per hour (based on experience) Overtime available On-call premium pay About REZI Plumbing & Heating We specialize in high-rise condo service (including 24/7 emergency response) and commercial plumbing construction across Toronto and the GTA. We are looking for a skilled, dependable licensed plumber who is confident working independently in occupied condo units and commercial job sites. What You’ll Be Doing Condo Service (Primary Focus): • Cartridge replacements, fixture repairs, valve replacements • Diagnosing leaks and pressure issues • Stack and drain troubleshooting • Working inside occupied residential units • Completing detailed service reports 24/7 Emergency Service: • On-call rotation for urgent condo issues • Responding professionally and efficiently to after-hours calls Commercial Construction: • Rough-in and finishing • Reading blueprints • Installing drainage, water lines, and fixtures • Coordinating with other trades What We’re Looking For • 306A Licensed Plumber (preferred) • 2+ years apprentice experience in service plumbing • Experience working in condos/high-rises • Commercial construction experience is an asset • Strong troubleshooting ability • Professional communication skills • Valid Ontario driver’s license Why Join REZI Plumbing & Heating? • Steady work in high-end condo buildings • Overtime and emergency call premiums • Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company • Respectful, professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.75-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week Education: • Secondary School (preferred) Language: • English (required) Work Location: In person
