In this role, you will perform service and install/replace heating and air conditioning systems in residences and some light commercial establishments. You have past experience being a HVAC Installer and hold an EPA certification. You also have service experience. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities: • Diagnose, repair, replace and install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency • Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction • Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution • Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring • Commercial experience is helpful, but not required Qualifications: • 2 years experience as a HVAC Installer (Split systems, package units, mini-splits) • 2 years experience as a HVAC Service Technician • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record • EPA Certification • Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, and air handlers. • Experience brazing and replacing coils, air handlers, condensers, compressors. • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 70 pounds Benefits/Perks • Competitive hourly rate + bonus • Career Advancement Opportunities • Company vehicle • Health benefits • On-going training • Tools allowance • Paid time off • Drinks and snacks
