What You’ll Do • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical specifications to plan and execute installations with precision. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code. • Perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and replacements on a wide range of electrical systems. • Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion. • Mentor apprentices and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning. • Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites, adhering to company safety protocols. • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to diverse project conditions. What You Bring • Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certification (Red Seal preferred). • Proven experience in construction, maintenance, and service work. • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and site safety practices. • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics. • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Current First Aid and Safety certifications (preferred).
