The Role: Humboldt Electric is seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our dynamic field team and support critical water infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems. In this Role, you will: · Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in water treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure. · Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. · Work with control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation related to water treatment and distribution. · Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to ensure system reliability. · Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes (CEC, local regulations). · Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently. · Perform testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
