We are looking for high-level Residential Install Helpers who have moved past the "green" phase and are ready to execute high-performance HVAC installations. We don't just "swap boxes." We specialize in home performance, which means we care about the details-from perfect duct sealing to micron levels that hold steady. To qualify for the top-tier pay scale, you should bring: • 2+ Years of Residential Experience: You know the difference between a heat pump and a straight cool without asking. • Technical Proficiency: You can confidently braze with nitrogen, assist with low-voltage wiring, and understand the importance of a 500-micron vacuum. • Ductwork Skills: Experience with plenums, transitions, and sealing for actual home performance (not just "mastic and a prayer"). • The "Lead" Mindset: You stay two steps ahead of the Lead Installer, prepping the next tool or part before it's even asked for. • Clean Professionalism: A valid driver's license, a clean background, and the ability to speak professionally with homeowners. The "Ideal" Responsibilities • Assist in the installation of high-efficiency split systems, mini-splits, and package units. • Ensure every install meets our "Mechanical Art" standards-clean lines, level pads, and organized wiring. • Work with the team to perform duct renovations and insulation upgrades when necessary. • Maintain a high-functioning, organized install worksite.
