AWS Certified Structural Welder

Alpha Labor Co is seeking experienced AWS Certified Structural Welders to join our construction team. This role involves travel to project sites and hands-on work with structural steel. We’re looking for skilled welders who can read blueprints, perform precise welds, and work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities • Read and interpret construction blueprints. • Weld kicker plates and bridging angles in accordance with project specifications. • Ensure all work meets AWS standards and safety requirements. • Collaborate with team members to complete structural steel projects efficiently. Requirements • AWS Welding Certification (required). • Minimum 2 years of welding experience. • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying site conditions. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Ability to operate aerial lifts. • Crane signaling & fall protection knowledge.
