HVAC Service Technician

Rock Service Pros is a fast-growing home service company providing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration services throughout Southeast Michigan. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about customer service, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a company that values its team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system tune-ups

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components

• Explain repair recommendations and options to customers professionally

• Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining company standards
