Lead Plumber

Precision Flow Plumbing is seeking an experienced and dependable plumber to join our growing team serving Tucson, Sahuarita, and the surrounding communities. This position involves residential and light commercial plumbing service, diagnostics, repairs, and installations, including water, sewer, and gas systems. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can confidently troubleshoot plumbing issues, complete repairs and installations efficiently, and communicate clearly with both customers and the office. This role is ideal for an experienced plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and is comfortable taking ownership of jobs in the field. We are a fast-growing company with a steady pipeline of service and installation work, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we continue expanding throughout Southern Arizona. Compensation: $70,000 - $83,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial plumbing issues • Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements for water, sewer, and gas systems • Lead and complete service and installation jobs efficiently and safely • Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, regulators, and valves • Perform sewer and water line repairs and replacements when needed • Interpret building codes, blueprints, and specifications to ensure work is completed to code • Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and recommendations • Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation for each service call • Ensure all work is completed with quality workmanship and professionalism • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and job site • Work collaboratively with office staff to keep jobs running smoothly and customers informed • Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed Applicants must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of jobs from diagnosis through completion. Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years of plumbing experience in residential or service plumbing • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for water, sewer, and gas systems • Ability to independently complete plumbing repairs and installations from start to finish • Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices for residential and light commercial systems • Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with homeowners and businesses About Company Precision Flow Plumbing is a locally owned and operated plumbing company serving Tucson, Sahuarita, and the surrounding communities.
