Welder/Fabricator

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. If you have experience with plasma cutting, MIG welding, and TIG welding, we want to hear from you! Position: Heavy Duty Fabricator Pay: up to $30.00 Type: Full-time (on-site) Location: Waco, Texas Key Responsibilities: · Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to specifications. · Operate plasma cutting equipment for accurate and clean cuts. · Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum. · Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols. · Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards. Qualifications: · Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and plasma cutting operations. · Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures. · Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications. · Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. · Able to work independently and as part of a team.
