Job Overview — Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) Happy Pops is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with a valid forklift license and G driver’s license to support daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, and deliveries. This role is essential to ensuring products are stored, handled, and shipped efficiently while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and cold-storage environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and finished goods accurately within the warehouse and freezer areas. Forklift Operation Operate forklifts safely to move pallets, load and unload trucks, and transport products between production, storage, and shipping areas. Shipping & Receiving Prepare orders for shipment, verify incoming deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation and inventory counts. Inventory Management Assist with inventory tracking, stock rotation (FIFO), and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels. Delivery Support Operate company vehicles as needed to complete local deliveries or transfers between facilities using a valid G license. Order Preparation Pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Food Safety & Organization Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces while following food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols. Equipment & Safety Compliance Conduct basic equipment checks and follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
