HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, providing essential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment. Responsibilities • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units. • Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting and leak repairs. • Conduct welding operations for system repairs or custom fabrication as needed. • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately execute installations and repairs. • Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge; perform appliance repairs when necessary. • Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. • Assist with system upgrades or replacements in construction or renovation projects. • Conduct routine inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety standards are met. Experience • Proven experience working as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a solid understanding of HVAC systems. • Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable. • Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction, schematics reading, and maintenance procedures. • Previous experience working in maintenance or mechanical roles within industrial or commercial environments is preferred. • Familiarity with construction sites or building systems will be considered an asset. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of handling diverse technical tasks with precision and safety awareness.
