Part-time Forklift Operator

We offer a starting wage of $22,67 per hour, night and evening premiums and the opportunity to contribute to a home-grown cooperative!** • *Must **be available to work all shifts, including DAY, EVENING, NIGHT, and WEEKEND SHIFTS **. • *How Agropur invests in YOU**: - Starting wage of $22,67 - Afternoon premiums of 0.70$/h and night premiums of 0.80$/h - Part-time position offers a possibility of nearly 40 hours per week (Likelihood of available overtime hours). - You can start with us as soon as possible. - We provide training and work equipment. • *What’s involved in this role**: As a Forklift Operator for our Ottawa plant, you will be responsible for performing various warehousing duties including: - Shipping / receiving duties - Forklift operation - Order picking - Clean-up duties - Perform in a refrigerated environment (1 to 4 degrees Celsius). • *What you need to join our team**: - Must be physically fit (able to lift repeatedly 23Kg (50 lbs) loads, work standing up for long periods of time, work in a refrigerated environment, etc.) - Previous relevant experience in industrial or warehousing environment (asset) - Experience with power equipment (power jack, forklift, etc.) (asset) - Experience in the food / dairy industry (asset) • *_We dairy you! _**JOIN AGROPUR.
