Plumber/plumber Apprentice

**Qualifications**: Glass G Ontario Driver’s License 306A Plumbing License Up to date. Strong organization skills, multi-task and leadership Ability to oversee and allocate resources. 2+ years experience in commercial industry • *Responsibilities**: - Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems. - Install, repair, and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems. - Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors. - Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings. - Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines. - Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment. Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges. - Assist with material handling. - Always maintain a clean working area and perform housekeeping duties on site. - Perform other duties as assigned. • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent • *Salary**: $20.00-$50.00 per hour • *Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - RRSP match Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay • *Experience**: - plumbing: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
