What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

• Educate customers on repair and replacement options

• Complete work safely and in compliance with industry standards

• Document service calls accurately and professionally

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of field experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant licenses and certifications preferred
