Job Summary:

Location:

This position is performed on the road in the greater Seattle area. Our service range is North: Everett Area, South: Tacoma, East: North Bend, Bellevue. For this position, we would prefer the Technician lives in Seattle or North of the city.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Gather info and details from our customers to provide professional plumbing services.

• Provide estimates on our tablet, Work with office staff to order or pick up material and fixtures from our shop to handle the customer’s needs.

• Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and work with a team leader to provide solutions.

Job Requirements / Skills:

• Understanding and follow through with our client's Plumbing Core Values and Mission Statement.

• Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.

• Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.

• Attention to detail when debriefing the office or homeowner about your findings in the field.

• Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations. Residential Plumbing experience is required!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.

Qualifications:

• Current PL02 Card Required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Residential plumbing, sewer experience and service background

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

• Great customer service skills

• The desire to provide exceptional customer service!

• Pass a background check
