HVAC Tech Support Representative

JOB POSITION: Full-Time, HVAC Tech Support Representative BRANCH LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ DATE AVAILABLE: Immediately US Air Conditioning Distributors is a Bosch owned HVAC equipment distributor with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it with free next-day delivery, crane service, incredible inventory selection, and experienced, friendly personnel to help assist the customer. We are a One Stop Shop for all your HVAC needs from residential to commercial to industrial including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal. US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking skilled problem solvers with technical experience to join our team as a Customer Assurance Technical Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customers with product installation or service-related issues and then offer specific solutions to their problem or question regarding the products we sold them. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer assurance policies and be trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. POSITION OVERVIEW: As a customer assurance technical representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls regarding product problems related to service, installation, and application questions while maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Additionally, you will be scheduling job site visits with the customer(s) for product start-up assistance or to resolve any issues if needed. Lastly, you will also be responsible for providing product-based and general knowledge training classes (training materials provided by the company). MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or equivalent - College Degrees or Certificates from associated HVAC-related trade schools or colleges are a plus • 5 years of HVAC experience (i.e., performing services and installation) QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be willing to travel within the Phoenix Region. • Customer Service skills • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times • Problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take initiative • Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times • Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) WE OFFER: • This position offers full benefits, competitive pay and opportunity for advancement for the right person who exhibits exemplary traits and work habits. • Salary starting at $80,000 to $95,000 per year The company conducts a background check and physical/drug screening.
