Build a Division. Lead a Team. Scale a Business.
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Division Lead who can build the division from the ground up.
This is a dynamic role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset. This is not a maintenance role. This is a division-building opportunity.
We are seeking a hands-on leader who can generate work, estimate projects, manage field execution, and build the systems and team required to scale.

• Identify and pursue commercial electrical opportunities
• Prepare and review estimates

• Represent the business unit in the market
Leading Projects

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage schedules and ensure timely completion

• Maintain high quality and professional standards
Leading the Field
• Hire, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices
• Support foremen with planning and daily production
• Ensure crews are set up for success (materials, tools, coordination)
• Promote strong safety culture and accountability
• Step into the field when required
Building Structure for Growth
• Establish clear work standards and expectations
• Implement practical systems for tracking work progress
• Create repeatable processes that support scaling
• Build a team culture based on accountability and craftsmanship
The Ideal Candidate
• FSR preferred
• 7+ years commercial electrical experience

• A comprehensive understanding of working with construction, project management, and business development
• Motivated to build something meaningful
• Comfortable being accountable for financial results

If you are currently leading projects but want greater autonomy and the opportunity to build a division without starting from scratch, this is the role for you.
