We are looking to hire an experienced electricians who want to become team leader and run their own projects. 2-4 years experience or licensed preferred. Should be able to complete tasks independently and efficiently. Effective, knowledgeable, and respectful communication with customers is a must. Reliable transportation is required. Background checks required. Projects are typically residential new construction, remodels, commercial up-fits, and service work. Work is usually within 30 miles of Raleigh. Benefits include 401K with matching, flexible scheduling, overtime opportunities, and paid time off. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Interact directly with customers. Exhibit company values in all interactions. • Plan work, order materials and build out projects start to finish. • Supervise apprentices. • Read blueprints and layout projects • Install, repair, and maintain various electrical wiring systems and equipment • Rough-in and trim out tasks. • Conduit bending and wire pulling. • Complete installs of solar electrical systems. • Troubleshoot / Service calls. • Use measuring equipment and hand tools to perform conduit work. • Follow safety codes and building regulations.
