Job Title: 2nd Shift Welder Job Description We are seeking skilled welders to join our team for a large-scale project involving structural steel. This position is part of a newly established 2nd shift, created due to business expansion, offering an excellent opportunity to grow with us. Responsibilities • Perform MIG welding on structural steel, ideally up to 2 inches. • Read and interpret blueprints accurately to ensure precise welding. • Collaborate effectively within a team of up to three people. • Maintain a high standard of work ethic and a positive attitude. Essential Skills • Proficient in MIG welding techniques. • Strong understanding of working with structural steel. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Work Environment Our facility is exceptionally clean and safe, equipped with a variety of machinery including presses and CNC mills. While the welding area can get warm due to proximity to the warehouse doors, the overall environment is pleasant. The 2nd shift operates on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacklick, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
